Terms of Service & EULA

TweaksGG grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on one device for personal or internal business use unless stated otherwise. The Software is licensed, not sold.

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the Software's source code
• Crack, bypass licensing, remove protection, or tamper with HWID-based systems
• Share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer your license or keys
• Use the Software in ways that violate these Terms or applicable law

Licenses may include HWID locks to prevent unauthorized use.

All products are digital. No physical items are shipped. Delivery is automatic upon successful payment.

Refunds are available for 14 days from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within this 14-day window and we will process it promptly.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting contact@tweaksgg.com is a breach of these Terms and may lead to permanent license termination and revocation of access.

TweaksGG may update, modify, or discontinue any feature of the Software at any time. We are not obligated to maintain outdated versions.

TweaksGG may revoke licenses or terminate your access if you commit fraud, abuse the system, violate these Terms, or attempt unauthorized modifications. We further reserve the right to invalidate or delete any license key or access key at any time, for any reason or no stated reason, including but not limited to suspected abuse, security concerns, or at our sole discretion.

The Software is provided "as-is" without warranties. TweaksGG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including performance issues, system instability, or data loss. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Software.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
